1.1 These Bonus Terms and Conditions ("Bonus T&Cs") govern all promotions, bonuses, rakeback, loyalty rewards and other marketing offers made available by Lucky.fun ("Lucky", "we", "us", "our"). They are supplemental to Lucky's General Terms & Conditions. By participating in any promotion you accept these Bonus T&Cs and the General Terms.
1.2 Lucky may modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time for legal, regulatory or operational reasons. Specific promotions may include additional terms; where there is a conflict, the Promotion-specific terms prevail, followed by these Bonus T&Cs, then the General Terms.
2.1 Only registered players with a verified Player Account who comply with Lucky's KYC and AML requirements are eligible for bonuses.
2.2 Promotions may be restricted in certain jurisdictions. Lucky will not award bonuses where prohibited by local law or by Lucky's licensing/partner requirements. Players from Restricted Jurisdictions (see General Terms) may be excluded.
2.3 Only one bonus per person, household, device, IP address, payment method or shared computer is allowed, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate or multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
3.1 All bonuses, rakeback and loyalty rewards are awarded in Lucky Coin (LCK). 1 LCK = 1 USD.
3.2 Deposits are converted to LCK at the prevailing exchange rate when credited.
3.3 Deposits must be made using personal, approved payment methods only. Eligible deposit methods for deposit-based promotions: supported cryptocurrencies, Debit Card, Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neteller, Revolut Pay, PayPal, SEPA Instant, SEPA Bank Transfer, Skrill, and traditional bank transfer. 4.2 Wagering Requirement: 40× (forty times) the bonus amount must be wagered in eligible games (see Section 7) before any bonus-derived funds or winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 Expiry: Bonus and associated wagering must be completed within 30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Uncompleted bonuses and related winnings will be forfeited.
4.4 Activation: Bonuses must be claimed in accordance with the promotion steps described on the Website. Lucky may require a minimum deposit to activate a bonus; refer to specific promotion details.
4.5 Interruption: If you request a withdrawal before meeting wagering requirements, any remaining bonus balance and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.

6.3 Rakeback and loyalty benefits are non-transferable and are subject to Lucky's verification and AML controls.

9.1 Bonus-Derived Winnings
Maximum withdrawal from bonus-derived winnings: 50,000 LCK.
For the purposes of these Bonus Terms & Conditions, "bonus-derived winnings" means any winnings generated from bonus funds or from wagering conducted while bonus funds are active, regardless of whether the applicable wagering requirements are subsequently completed.
The 50,000 LCK limit attaches to winnings according to when the underlying wager was placed, not when the withdrawal is requested. Any winnings generated from a wager placed while bonus funds or bonus-derived balances were active are capped at 50,000 LCK, and this cap continues to apply after wagering requirements are completed and after bonus funds are converted to real-money balance. Winnings are not reclassified as real-money winnings by the act of completing wagering or converting the balance.
9.2 Real-Money Winnings
The following withdrawal limits apply only to winnings generated exclusively from real-money wagering and not from bonus funds or bonus-derived balances:
These limits apply only to winnings from wagers placed at a time when no bonus funds or bonus-derived balances were active — that is, wagers funded entirely by real-money balance before any bonus was claimed, or after all bonus balances had been exhausted, forfeited, removed, or converted to real-money funds. The time the wager was placed governs, not the time of withdrawal.
9.3 Progressive jackpots are always paid in full.
9.4 All withdrawals remain subject to KYC, AML, and fraud checks.
10.1 Unless specified otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited. Rakeback and loyalty rewards may carry separate expiry windows, published on the Website (rakeback 90 days).
10.2 Unused or expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be removed.
10.3 Forfeiture may occur if Lucky determines that the account was used in breach of these Bonus T&Cs.
11.1 Lucky distinguishes between legitimate betting strategies (permitted) and fraudulent advantage play (prohibited). A player's ordinary betting style is not a reason for sanction.

17.3.1 Sportsbook wagers contribute toward Rewards XP at a ratio of 3:1.
17.3.2 Players earn 3 LCK of Rewards XP for every $1 wagered on qualifying sportsbook bets.
17.3.3 Only sportsbook wagers placed at odds of 1.31 or greater qualify for Rewards XP accumulation.
17.3.4 Sportsbook wagers placed at odds of 1.30 or lower do not contribute toward Rewards XP.
17.3.5 Rewards XP qualification operates independently from bonus wagering requirements. Sportsbook wagers placed at odds between 1.31 and 1.50 (inclusive) may qualify for Rewards XP but will not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements unless they meet the 1.51+ threshold.
17.4.1 Sportsbook wagering is excluded from the Lucky.fun Rakeback Program.
17.4.2 No rakeback rewards shall accrue from sportsbook wagers regardless of stake size, odds, or outcome.
17.5.1 Sportsbook referral rewards are calculated as:
Referral Reward = (0.03 × Wagered Amount × Commission Rate)
17.5.2 "Commission Rate" means the applicable revenue-share percentage attributable to the referred player's activity, as determined and published by Lucky.fun. "Wagered Amount" means the referred player's total qualifying wagered volume in LCK over the applicable period.
17.5.3 Lucky.fun reserves the right to amend referral calculations, commission rates, qualifying criteria, and eligible products at any time.
17.6.1 System abuse, low-risk wagering, hedge betting, arbitrage betting, or any behaviour intended to guarantee profit or minimise risk may result in bonus or winnings being voided.
17.6.2 Repeated bets placed on the same market or outcome for the purpose of artificially increasing wagering volume are prohibited.
17.6.3 Lucky.fun reserves the right to exclude specific sports, leagues, markets, or bet types from contributing toward promotions.
17.7.1 All sportsbook wagers placed while bonus funds or bonus-derived balances are active are subject to the maximum bonus stake limit set out in Section 8.1.
17.7.2 This maximum bonus stake limit applies equally to sportsbook wagers unless otherwise explicitly stated in a promotion-specific offer.
17.7.3 Any wager placed in excess of this limit may result in the bonus, associated winnings, or both being voided.
