Account / Player Account – Your personal account registered with Lucky.fun to access the Website and participate in Games.

Lucky Coin (LCK)– Lucky's internal non-crypto currency. 1 LCK = 1 USD. Used for wagers, balances, and transactions on the Website. Cannot be transferred outside Lucky.
Player / User / You / Your – A registered individual using the Website.

3.3.2 Player Responsibility: Players must not register, deposit, wager, or withdraw from restricted regions.
3.3.3 Updates: Lucky may modify the restricted list at any time based on legal or regulatory requirements.
3.3.4 Misuse: Use of VPNs, proxies, or fake documents to bypass restrictions is prohibited.

4.2 Deposits in supported currencies are converted to LCK at transaction time.
4.3 All gameplay, wagers, and winnings are denominated in LCK.
4.4 Withdrawals are processed in selected cryptocurrency or equivalent LCK.
4.5 LCK has no monetary or asset value outside Lucky Casino and cannot be exchanged or sold.

8.3 Deposits below minimum thresholds may be lost. Deposits must meet at least $2 USD equivalent in value based on the real-time market rate.
8.4 Lucky may request additional documentation for AML/KYC compliance, including identity, residence, and source of funds.
8.5 Fees may be charged by external services; Lucky is not responsible for these. External service providers may charge transaction fees, network (gas) fees, currency conversion fees, and banking or processing charges. Lucky has no control over these fees and does not reimburse, refund, or compensate for them.
8.6 Cryptocurrency deposits require the applicable number of blockchain confirmations before being credited to your account. Lucky is not responsible for delays caused by network congestion, low gas fees, or other blockchain-related issues.
8.7 You acknowledge that cryptocurrency values are volatile. The value of your deposit may fluctuate between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal. Lucky is not responsible for any loss in value resulting from cryptocurrency market movements.
8.8 Deposits sent to incorrect wallet addresses, wrong blockchain networks, or using unsupported tokens will not be credited and cannot be recovered. Lucky is not liable for losses caused by player error in submitting deposit transactions.
9.1 Withdrawals must be sent to verified personal wallets.
9.2 Minimum/maximum limits depend on method; exceeding limits may result in installment payouts.
9.3 Progressive jackpots are paid in full.
9.4 Withdrawals are available only after deposited funds are wagered at least once (1x).
9.5 Lucky may deduct applicable transaction or processing fees.
9.6 Additional Checks for Large Withdrawals: For withdrawal requests of $25,000 USD or more (or cryptocurrency equivalent), we may need to carry out some additional security and verification checks. These checks may require extra documentation, and processing may take up to seventy-two (72) hours to complete.
9.7 Standard withdrawal requests will be reviewed and processed within forty-eight (48) hours, subject to completion of any required verification. Processing times may vary depending on blockchain network conditions and third-party payment provider availability.
9.8 Lucky reserves the right to request source of funds documentation for any withdrawal, regardless of amount, where required for AML compliance or where suspicious activity is identified.
10.1 Lucky Casino operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure to ensure compliance with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and responsible gambling regulations.
10.2 You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at all times, including full name, date of birth, residential address, valid identification documents (passport, ID card, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document), and verification of cryptocurrency wallets or payment methods.
10.3 Lucky Casino may request video verification if documents cannot be provided in Latin or Cyrillic alphabet, or to confirm authenticity of the account holder.

11.1 Fraud, collusion, chargebacks, or stolen payment methods may result in account closure, forfeiture, and regulatory reporting.
11.2 Bonus abuse and advantage play are prohibited.
11.3 Funds may be held during investigations into fraud, money laundering, or system manipulation.
11.4 Lucky Casino reserves the right to investigate player activity for a period of up to six (6) months following account closure where fraud or financial crime is suspected.
11.5 Where Lucky Casino determines that a player has engaged in fraudulent activity, Lucky may share relevant account information with other gaming operators, payment providers, and regulatory bodies for the purpose of fraud prevention.
11.6 Chargeback abuse (initiating a payment reversal after receiving the credited value on the Website) is treated as fraud. Players who initiate chargebacks will have their accounts immediately suspended pending investigation, and may be liable for all associated costs including chargeback fees and administrative charges.
Lucky Casino offers a player referral program that allows eligible players to earn commission based on the wagering activity of users who register using their unique referral code ("Referrals"). Participation in the referral program is optional and subject to these Terms. Referral commissions are earned only from genuine player activity and are not guaranteed.
12.2.1 Players may generate referral codes through the Referral section of their Player Account.

12.3.1 Referral commissions are calculated as a percentage of the house edge generated by wagers placed by referred players.
12.3.2 The base commission rate starts at 15% of the house edge, unless otherwise specified.
12.3.3 The applicable commission percentage may increase as the referrer progresses through referral levels.
12.3.4 Commission is calculated only on settled wagers and does not include bonuses, refunds, voided bets, disputed activity, or canceled gameplay.
12.4.1 Referral levels are determined by the total wagering activity generated by referred players and, where applicable, the number of active referrals.
12.4.2 Higher referral levels provide a higher share of the house edge as commission.

12.4.4 Referral Tiers are structured as follows: Tier 1: 15% commission, minimum $0 wagered, 1 referred user. Tier 2: 20% commission, minimum $100,000 wagered, 3 referred users. 12.5.1 Referral commissions are credited in the same currency (or Lucky Coin equivalent) used by the referred player when wagering.
12.5.2 If referrals wager in multiple currencies, commissions may accrue across multiple balances.
12.5.3 Commission balances and referral performance data are viewable within the Referral section of the Player Account.
12.6.1 Minimum referral, wagering, or activity thresholds may apply before referral commissions can be claimed or withdrawn.
12.6.2 If eligibility requirements are not met, commissions may continue to accumulate but will remain locked until the conditions are satisfied.
12.6.3 Locked commissions do not expire unless otherwise stated by Lucky.
12.7.1Once eligible, referral commissions may be withdrawn in accordance with Lucky's standard withdrawal procedures.
12.7.2 All withdrawals are subject to applicable KYC, AML, and verification requirements.
12.8.1 Referrers may view referral-related data, including usernames, registration dates, wagering totals, and earned commissions, via the Referral section of their account.
12.8.2 Data visibility may be limited or anonymized to protect player privacy and comply with data protection requirements.
12.9.1 The referral program must not be used for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes. 12.9.2 Lucky reserves the right to withhold, adjust, cancel referral commissions, and suspend or close accounts where abuse, fraud, or misuse of the referral program is identified.
13.1 Standard transaction refunds: 24 hours.
13.2 Unauthorized access refunds: up to 30 days.
13.3 Bonuses and winnings will be deducted from refunded balances.

13.5 Funds that have been wagered are not eligible for refund. Refunds apply only to unplayed deposit amounts, subject to verification.
14.1 Inactive accounts ≥12 months are dormant.
14.2 A monthly fee of 5 LCK may be deducted until reactivation or balance zero.
14.3 Lucky will attempt to notify the account holder via their registered email address at least thirty (30) days before dormant account fees begin.
14.4 Dormant accounts with a zero balance for six (6) consecutive months may be permanently closed. Players may contact [email protected] to reactivate their account before closure.
15.1 Any claim or dispute relating to account balances, payouts, deposits, bonuses, gameplay issues, technical interruptions, or any other matter involving your use of the Website must be submitted within 12 months from the date of the incident.
Claims submitted after this period will be considered expired and no longer eligible for review.
15.2 This limitation does not affect our right to investigate fraudulent activity or comply with regulatory, financial, or legal obligations, which may extend beyond the 12-month period.

24.3 In the event of a Force Majeure, Lucky Casino will use reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as practicable and will notify players of significant disruptions where possible.
25.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.
25.2 All disputes are subject to mediation in Anjouan under Anjouan law.
