1. Introduction
1.1 Welcome to DropBet.com (the "Website"). Before using our website, please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By registering a Player Account with the website, you agree and confirm your consent with the Terms and Conditions as well as the validity hereof as a mutually binding contractual agreement, irrespective of where you are located in the world.
1.2 By registering an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
2. General
2.1 When you register, you enter into a contract with DropBet. These Terms govern your use of the Site and any related services. You must read these Terms in full before using DropBet’s offerings. They form a legally binding agreement between you and us. These Terms become effective once you create an account. By using any part of the Site after registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2.2 We retain the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. If changes are made, we will take necessary steps to inform you of significant modifications (e.g., via email or a notice upon login). However, it is your responsibility to stay informed of any updates. Continued use of the service after changes implies your acceptance of the new Terms.
2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
2.4 The terms of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in the event of any conflict.
3. Account
3.1 By accessing this Site, you agree that:
- Individuals residing in countries where gambling is illegal or restricted or where special licensing is required are strictly not permitted to create an account on DropBet.com or use any services offered by DropBet.com and take upon themselves full responsibility.
- You will use this Site for genuine participation in the Services.
- You are responsible for ensuring that all legal restrictions in your home country or country of residence are adhered to. It is your responsibility to comply with the laws of your home country or the country where you are currently residing.
- Some games may be restricted due to provider limitations.
- All information you provide to DropBet.com must be accurate, complete, and truthful.
3.2 You are allowed to have only one DropBet account. If you attempt to create multiple accounts, all such accounts, including your first created account, may, at the sole discretion of DropBet, be blocked, suspended, or terminated. Additionally, any funds associated with these accounts, including the first created account, may be forfeited.
3.3 If your account remains inactive for a period of 12 months or more, we reserve the right to charge a monthly maintenance fee. You will be notified before any such fees are applied. Funds in accounts that remain inactive for 24 months or more may be forfeited after a notification period.
4. Anti-Fraud
4.1 DropBet maintains a strict anti-fraud policy, including but not limited to:
- Colluding with other players;
- Engaging in fraudulent activities against other online casinos or payment providers;
- Abusing promotions or engaging in other forms of cheating.
4.2 In rare cases, and only if we suspect multiple accounting or money laundering (e.g., accounts using the same IP address), we may request additional verification from the player.
4.3 DropBet has a strict abuse policy against any player who is determined to be abusing our platform (casino or sportsbook), and DropBet has the right to take further action and escalate the situation if a player is found to be abusing.
4.4 Moreover, if we suspect and have strong evidence for multi-accounting, sports abuse, or abuse syndicates, we also reserve the right to withhold withdrawals while we conduct our investigation. This may include blocking, suspending, or terminating accounts, as outlined in Clause 3.2, and the forfeiture of funds if abuse is confirmed.
5. Limitation of Liability
5.1 You acknowledge that by participating in the Services, both you and your funds are at risk, and the Site shall not be held liable for any outcomes.
5.2 DropBet.com will not be responsible or liable for any damages or losses incurred.
5.3 DropBet shall not be held liable for any interruptions, delays, or technical malfunctions that may affect gameplay or access to the Site.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 We are first and foremost an entertainment platform. We aim to provide you with the best possible experience. We take responsible gambling incredibly seriously and our team is trained to detect problem gambling from early onset and treat it accordingly.
6.2 We do not want to see players down, we believe in self-regulation and will do our best to provide players with the professional help they may need.

6.5 DropBet also offers self-exclusion tools. This allows you to suspend access to your account should you feel you are at risk of developing a gambling problem. Please contact support via live chat, and they will discuss with you the best course of action (time period, advice, etc.). Our support staff have received Safe Gambling training and are able to detect early signs of addiction. If they detect such behavior, they may reach out proactively to discuss with you.
6.6 Self-exclusion requests may take up to 24 hours to process. During this time, you remain responsible for any activity on your account.
6.7 Underage gambling is illegal and strictly not supported on DropBet. Any user under the age of 18 found to be playing on the site will be reported, their deposit refunded, and their account blocked.

7. AML Policy
7.1 DropBet has a strict anti-money laundering policy. It does not condone any use of the services for illicit activity.
7.2 DropBet performs ongoing analysis of transactions to detect any instances of Money Laundering (ML) or illicit activity. DropBet strictly does not accept any sanctioned or otherwise illegal money as deposits. Suspected deposits from such sources will be immediately flagged, and the account closed.
7.3 DropBet will use automated systems to track and flag unusual patterns (e.g., large, frequent, or unusual transactions) for further investigation. Upon flagging, the compliance department will manually review the transactions and investigate.
7.4 Coin Mixing is strictly forbidden. To help enforce this, there is a 1x wagering requirement on all deposits.
7.5 DropBet reserves the right to use third-party services to detect and analyze evasions, forms of deceit, and attempts to deposit illicit funds.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement and understanding between you and us regarding the Services and supersede any prior agreements, understandings, or arrangements between us.
8.2 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros, pending the finalization of our gaming license. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.
9. Withdrawals and Winnings Conditions
9.1 You acknowledge the following:
- Withdrawals of funds are processed using the same payment method(s) employed for depositing funds into your account, unless otherwise agreed upon by us.
- Crypto withdrawals will be made to your stated cryptocurrency wallet address as provided during a valid withdrawal request.
- If your account is mistakenly credited with winnings that do not belong to you, whether due to technical error, human error, or otherwise, the amount will remain our property and will be deducted from your account. If you have withdrawn funds that do not belong to you prior to us becoming aware of the error, the mistakenly paid amount will (without prejudice to other remedies and actions available at law) constitute a debt owed by you to us.
9.2 You are eligible to request a withdrawal of funds from your account under the following conditions:
- All payments deposited into your account have been verified as cleared and are not classified as Failed Deposits.
- Any necessary identity or verification checks required by anti-money laundering regulations and/or other applicable legislation have been satisfactorily completed.
- Withdrawals are subject to a maximum limit of $2,000 per week, unless otherwise agreed upon by us. Any requests exceeding this limit will be processed in increments of $2,000 per week until the full amount is paid out.
- Larger withdrawals may be subject to additional verification checks, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method. We reserve the right to request such documentation at any time and to delay withdrawals until all requested documentation has been received and reviewed.
- All regular deposits are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal.
9.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements:
- Bonus funds, including deposit bonuses, are subject to a 35x wagering requirement before they are eligible for withdrawal.
- Bonus funds are only eligible for use on slots. Any wagers placed on other games (e.g., table games, live casino, sports betting, or in-house games) will not count toward the wagering requirement.
9.4 We reserve the right to delay or cancel withdrawals to conduct additional checks, which we deem necessary at our sole discretion.
